The principal of my old high school wants to meet with me to discuss a potential landscape project there. 8 Years ago they couldn’t wait to get me out of the joint, now this is happenin’. Aside from all that, the prospect of being the sole designer of an entrance to a secondary school of 800 students is both very exciting and very nerve wracking.

Yesterday my trial period ended at the Landscape Architecture firm I’ve been working at in Bendigo. Turns out they’re pretty happy with me and want to offer me a permanent position! So less than 3 months after graduating and not applying at a single office, I’m now gainfully employed as a Landscape Architect at the best regional firm in Victoria. Pretty bloody chuffed with that....
